Return & Refund Policy — Frizell Noir

Every Frizell Noir piece is made to order — printed just for you after you place your order. Because each item is created individually, all sales are final. We can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color preference, or change of mind — so please review sizing and details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item?

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it's defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at frizellnoir@yahoo.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post it.
